Simply follow the ‘Register Your Practice’ process, where you can create a submission using our extensive internal database of modalities. If you don’t find your modality there, please reach out to us at contact@elev8yoursoul.net
What if I offer more than one modality?
If you offer multiple modalities, that’s fantastic! You can easily add each one to your profile from our comprehensive database. This feature allows you to detail your years of experience for each modality, helping potential clients understand the breadth of your expertise. We believe showcasing your diverse skills will make your profile stand out!
Can I offer both online and in-person sessions?
You can offer both online and in-person sessions. When you set up each session, simply select ‘In Person’ or ‘Virtual,’ and they will all be available for booking according to your availability schedule. This flexibility allows you to reach clients in the way that best suits them
What kind of support does Elev8 offer for growing my practice?
We provide a range of marketing strategies designed to enhance your visibility on the platform. Your practice will appear in search results, and as you accumulate positive feedback from users, your ranking will improve. Featured practitioners receive special recognition on our homepage and in our newsletters. Plus, for any sessions we’ve experienced personally, we’ll include an ‘Elev8’d Review,’ adding an extra layer of credibility and trust to your profile

How do I create sessions?
After setting up your practitioner profile, simply head to the Practitioner Portal. There, you’ll find a dedicated page that walks you through a straightforward step-by-step process, making it easy to create the specific sessions you want to offer
Managing Bookings
How do I manage my bookings?
You can easily manage your bookings by clicking the ‘My Bookings’ on your Practitioner Portal on the website. You will also receive email confirmations for each new booking you make or receive.
Can I sync my calendar with Elev8?
Yes, you can! All bookings made through the Elev8 platform can be added to your personal calendar, making it effortless to keep track of your schedule. This feature allows you to manage your time effectively, so you can focus on what you do best—connecting with your clients and sharing your expertise!
What if the client wants to reschedule or cancel their appointment?
Clients have the flexibility to reschedule their appointments directly through the Elev8 platform, making it easy for them to find a new time that works better for their schedule. They can do this up to 48 hours before the session starts, ensuring they have plenty of options to choose from. However, it’s important to note that once a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled outright. This policy helps us maintain a respectful environment for all practitioners and clients. If a client finds themselves in a bind, we encourage them to reach out and discuss their situation, as we’re committed to finding solutions that work for everyone involved.
How do I manage my availability?
Managing your availability on the Elev8 platform is simple and flexible. When you set up your profile, you’ll be able to establish your regular working hours, making it easy for clients to see when you’re available for sessions. If you need to block off specific times or dates, you can do so effortlessly by using the “Manage Unavailability” feature in the Practitioner Portal. This gives you full control over your schedule—whether it’s adjusting for a holiday, a last-minute event, or just some personal time. Keeping your availability up-to-date helps ensure smooth bookings and allows clients to connect with you when you’re ready to offer your best
Can I set specific availability for different types of services?
Yes, you can! Elev8 gives you the flexibility to customize your availability for each type of service you offer. Whether you’re providing in-person sessions, virtual appointments, or specific modalities, you can easily set different hours for each within the Practitioner Portal. This way, you have full control over when and how you offer your services, allowing you to tailor your schedule to fit both your needs and your clients’
Can I limit the number of bookings per day or week?
Yes, you can manage your bookings to fit your ideal schedule! While the system automatically fills your available time slots, you have the flexibility to control how many sessions you take on. If you want to limit the number of bookings per day or week, simply use the “Manage Unavailability” feature in the Practitioner Portal. Once you’ve reached your desired limit, you can block off the remaining slots to create a healthy balance between your practice and personal time. This way, you’re always in control of your workload and can ensure you’re providing the best experience for your clients!
Review & Ratings
How do users rate and review my sessions?
Users have the opportunity to share their feedback after each session, helping you enhance your practice. Once a session concludes, they will automatically receive a prompt when they next log into the Elev8 platform. They’ll be asked to rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 10, giving you valuable insight into how well your sessions are resonating with clients. Additionally, they can write a written review if they choose, providing you with constructive feedback and personal testimonials that can boost your visibility. This feedback not only helps you refine your offerings but also builds trust with potential clients who are exploring your services!
Payments
How do I get paid through Elev8?
Getting paid through Elev8 is straightforward and secure! We use Stripe to handle all financial transactions, ensuring that your earnings are processed efficiently. During the setup of your profile, you’ll have the opportunity to link your Stripe account, which allows all payments from your sessions to flow directly into it. Once your funds are in your Stripe account, you can easily withdraw them to your preferred bank account, giving you quick access to your earnings. This seamless process lets you focus on what you love—providing exceptional services to your clients—while we take care of the financial details!
When do I receive my payment for a completed session?
Payments will be made immediately after completion of the scheduled session
Events
How do events work on elev8 platform?
You can easily create and manage events through the Elev8 platform by adding photos, descriptions, pricing, and duration, just like you would for a regular session. You can also collaborate by listing co-hosts. Once created, your event will be featured in our upcoming events section and included in our newsletters to help drive more attendees to your event
Technical
I can’t log in
We use a Magic Link system for quick and easy login. After entering your login details, you’ll receive an email with a Magic Link. Simply click the link to be automatically logged in. To ensure you’re selecting the right email, we include a timestamp in the subject. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam folder. Can I get data on my client bookings and earnings?
Yes, Elev8 makes it easy for you to keep track of your bookings and earnings! In the ‘My Bookings’ section, you can view a complete list of your upcoming and past sessions, allowing you to stay organized and plan ahead. Additionally, your profile section provides helpful insights into your performance, showing metrics like the number of sessions booked and your total earnings over time. Whether you’re reviewing a specific date range or tracking your growth, this data gives you a clear view of how your practice is thriving on the platform!
How do I pause, deactivate, or delete my account?
We understand that life can shift, and you may need a break or want to step back from the platform. If you wish to pause your practice temporarily, you can simply mark yourself unavailable on the calendar—this keeps your profile active but ensures you won’t receive bookings during your time away. If you decide to deactivate or cancel your subscription entirely, you can do so at any time. This will remove your profile from the list of active practitioners. Should you return later, you’re always welcome to restart your subscription, though keep in mind that the original pricing terms may not apply. We’re here to support you in maintaining flexibility with your practice!
Security & Privacy
Can clients see my personal information?
Clients are only able to view the information that you choose to add to your Practitioner profile when creating your Elev8 account
Can Elev8 view my password?
No, our platform uses a Magic Link login system whereby you will receive a Magic Link direct to your email address to log in. Elev8 does not store any of your passwords on our system
Does Elev8 receive my bank information?
No, we use Stripe for all financial transactions, ensuring your banking details are securely stored only in Stripe’s highly secure database. Elev8 does not store any of your banking information on our system
Does Elev8 share practitioner’s personal data with other companies?
At Elev8, your privacy is a top priority. Your information is only used to ensure a smooth experience on the platform, such as managing bookings and payments. Any data shared is strictly for the purpose of providing our services, and it’s always handled with the highest security standards. Rest assured, your personal information stays safe and confidential with Elev8
How do I report inappropriate behavior or misuse of the platform?
