Can I book with my Practitioner directly?
All bookings must be made through the Elev8 platform to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. If a practitioner asks you to use an alternative payment method, please let us know right away at contact@elev8yoursoul.net. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities!
How can I add sessions to my personal calendar?
You can effortlessly manage your schedule as all bookings made through the Elev8 platform can be sync’d to your personal calendar. This way, you’ll always stay organized and know exactly when your sessions are scheduled.
What happens after I have made a booking?
Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive an automated email confirmation with all the details you need. This email will outline the date, time, and location of your session, and it may include additional information from your practitioner, such as any necessary birth details. The session will also be automatically added to your calendar for easy reference. If you have any questions or need to reach out to your practitioner, you can simply reply to the confirmation email. Rest assured, all communications from your practitioner will come directly to your inbox!
What should I do if I encounter a technical issue during a session?
If you encounter a technical issue during your session, don’t worry! While the Elev8 platform manages the booking and scheduling, your practitioner is responsible for hosting the session. If any technical hiccups arise, your practitioner will reach out via email to reschedule at a convenient time for you. How do I manage my bookings?

How do I leave a review for a practitioner?
Leaving a review for your practitioner is super easy! After your session, you’ll receive a friendly prompt the next time you log into the Elev8 platform, inviting you to share your experience. You’ll provide a rating out of 5, and if you’d like, you can also write a few words about your session. Your feedback not only helps other users make informed choices but also supports our practitioners in their journey to provide exceptional care. We truly value your insights!
Payments
What methods of payment do you accept?
We’ve made payments simple and secure by using Stripe to handle all transactions. You can pay using any major credit or debit card, and the process is quick and easy, with everything automatically handled through Stripe’s secure system. If you ever get locked out of your Elev8 account, don’t worry! We use a Magic Link system to make logging in quick and easy. Just enter your login details, and you’ll receive an email with a Magic Link—click it, and you’ll be logged in instantly. To help you find the right email, we include a timestamp in the subject line. Does elev8 receive my bank information?
No, Elev8 does not receive your bank information. We use Stripe to handle all financial transactions, which means your banking details are securely stored in Stripe’s highly secure database.
